THE J3 COLLECTIONS STORY

At J3 Collections, we are passionate about the art and history of antique and vintage jewelry. With a lifetime of experience in collecting, curating, and selling exceptional pieces, we offer a carefully selected collection of timeless treasures that span generations.

Our story begins with a deep-rooted love for the craft. The founder’s interest in antique jewelry was ignited at a young age, working at her mother’s store, James II Galleries, which specialized in Victorian silver and gold jewelry. Surrounded by exquisite pieces and learning from seasoned experts, she developed a keen eye for fine craftsmanship and an appreciation for the stories embedded in every piece.

A transformative summer spent in London during college expanded her passion further. Selling wedding rings and exploring the city’s antique markets exposed her to a wealth of historical designs and materials, from the elegance of Victorian silver to the innovation of 20th-century costume jewelry. It was during this time that her focus shifted to the jewelry of the 19th and early 20th centuries, including the use of diverse mediums such as silver, gold, aluminum, copper, lucite, and more.
